INGREDIENTS:2 lb 93/7 or higher ground beef
3 large Idaho (Russet) potatoes, washed but not peeled
2 large stalks of brocoli
1 TBS Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce (can be Reduced Sodium)
Hickory and Brown Sugar barbecue sauce
1 TBSP McCormick Grill Mates Worcestershire Pub Burger seasonings
OR ...
1 TBSP McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasonings
3 TBSP (or 1/3 container) McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb seasonings
1/4 cup olive oil
Pam Olive Oil non-stick spray
1/2 stick of butter
1 one gallon Ziploc bag (or any brand)
1 deep loaf pan
1 large cookie sheet
1 large pot for boiling
Aluminum foil
Options: 1 chopped bell pepper, 1/2 cup chopped onion
MEATLOAF:Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place ground meat in a large mixing bowl
Add Worcestershire Sauce and Grill Mates seasonings (I've used the Montreal Steak the most but the Pub Burger tastes just as good).
Mix with hands
You can add bell pepper and onion at this point if you want and mix again until well blended.
Drop into loaf pan and press down with your fist
Be sure to remove all air bubbles as you push down and keep the top level
Coat the top of the meat with the barbecue sauce. Use as much as you like but at least 1/4 inch.
Cover with aluminum foil
Place in center of pre-heated oven and set the timer for 1 hour. It will cook for longer but you'll need to begin the wedges and broccoli a half hour before the meat is done.
When the timer on the oven goes off after 1 hour, reset the timer for 30 minutes.
Leaving skin on is optional. You can peel them if you like.
Cut your potatoes in half first (width, not lengthwise).
Cut each half in half (lengthwise)
Cut each of these halves into three (lengthwise)
Pour the Roasted Garlic & Herb seasonings into a 1 gallon sealable bag, like Ziploc
Pour the olive oil into the bag
Place all of the potato slices into the bag
Seal the bag with enough air inside to properly mix up the potato wedges and seasonings
When all wedges have been coated, set the bag down for now.

Spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Shake the bag about every 10 minutes until you are ready to put them onto the cookie sheet.
Do not put them onto the cookie sheet until they are ready to put into the oven.
Do nothing more until the meatloaf is finished.
Start preparing the broccoli while you wait.
BROCCOLI
Fill a large pot with water about half way up.
Set it on the stove and set the temperature to High.
Cut the broccoli flowerettes off of the large stalks.
If you like the stalks, you may chop these to add, as well.
When the water is at a boil, add the broccoli and the butter
Do not boil longer than 10 minutes if you like crunchy broccoli
Remove from stove and set aside, covering to keep warm.

MEATLOAF
Meatloaf should be done after 1 hour 30 minutes of cooking. Cut through the center of the loaf to be certain.
After you remove the meatloaf from the oven, set it on the stove with the aluminum foil still secured to hold in the heat.
Reset the oven to 450 degrees

POTATO WEDGES
When the oven has reached 450 degrees, it is time to bake the potato wedges.
Shake the bag one more time to re-coat
Pour wedges onto cookie sheet that has been coated with spray

Spread slices evenly so none are on top of another.
Place in center of oven and set timer for 30
minutes.
When timer goes off, remove the pan but keep the oven on.
Carefully turn over all potato wedges, then place back into oven for 10 minutes. This will give you soft wedges. If you want them to be crunchier, leave them in the oven for 5-10 more minutes.
